test: cover SDK errors and snapshot the public export surface

Closes #13.

Adds focused tests for every exported SDK error class, verifies custom and optional fields plus prototype behavior, and locks the sorted runtime and type-only export surfaces. Also removes the duplicate AmountPrecisionError declaration that otherwise prevents the error module from compiling.

Validation must be completed before submission; no passing result is claimed by this handoff.
